30-day request window
You may request an eligible return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. New, unused items are eligible for change-of-mind returns; damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed items will also be reviewed.
Approval before mailing
Email likibuter26@gmail.com before sending anything back. We will review the request and provide the correct return instructions and return address. The General mailing address is not automatically the return warehouse.
Prepaid label and fees
A free prepaid return label is included in the parcel. If it is missing or lost, contact us for assistance. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Exchanges
Eligible exchanges are accepted after review and remain subject to available inventory.
Refund timing
After a return is approved, we process or initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.
This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Canadian consumer law.
