When will my order ship?
Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days after payment authorization. Transit is estimated at 4–6 business days after shipment.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Eligible requests may be made within 30 days after delivery. New and unused change-of-mind items and products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed can be reviewed under our Refund Policy.
How is the return label provided?

How long do approved refunds take?
We process or initiate approved refunds to the original payment method within 10 days. Financial institutions may take additional time to post the credit.
