Currency and authorization
Store prices are shown in CAD. Payment details and the final order total are presented during checkout. An order may remain pending while the payment provider or issuing bank authorizes the transaction.
Declined or pending payments
Confirm that billing information matches the card issuer's records. A bank may place a temporary authorization hold even when an order is not completed; the bank controls release timing.
Payment security
Payments are processed through Shopify and its payment partners. Do not send complete card details, security codes, or passwords by email.
Refunds
After approval, we process or initiate a refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional posting time. See the Refund Policy or contact us for help.
